About your trip
The Rockwall Heath High School Choir is going to Orlando!
We will visit the Walt Disney World Resort theme parks and participate in the Disney Imagination Campus, "Soundtrack Session: Vocal" workshop program! Our 2 days at Disney will include admission to one park per day. Currently based on Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Studios.
We will also be visiting Universal Orlando for two days. Universal Orlando includes the opportunity to enjoy Universal Orlando, Islands of Adventure, and Epic Universe.
What's included
4 Night Hotel
4 Night accommodations at the Universal's Endless Summer Resort
4 Breakfast Vouchers
Each person will receive a total of 4 breakfast vouchers (1 for each morning). Vouchers include 1 entree or breakfast sandwich and drink at onsite cafe at hotel. Restrictions may apply.
2 Day / 3 Park Universal
2 Day / 3 Park Universal allows group to attend Universal Orlando, Islands of Adventure, and the new Epic Universe. Epic Universe does have a 1 day max restriction.
Early UO admission
Benefit at staying at Universal's Endless Summer is early park admission one hour before park opening.
2 Universal F & B Card
Each person will receive a total of 2 Universal Food & Beverage Cards at $40 each. These will be used for lunch & dinner on Universal property.
2 Day Base Disney Park
Disney Base allows group to attend 1 park per day for 2 days.
2 Disney Dining Cards
Each person will receive a total of 2 Disney Dining Cards at $40 each. These will be used for lunch & dinner on Disney property.
Soundtrack Sessions
Student Participation in Disney’s Imagination Campus – Soundtrack Sessions: Vocal Workshop. (Required for package price - minimum 15 students))
GTC Rep in Orlando
Your GTC representative is a company employee who lives in Orlando and will meet your group upon arrival, check the group into the hotel, meet each day to discuss daily events and answer any questions
Souvenir Backpack
Upon arrival into Orlando, each traveler will receive an upgraded souvenir backpack to be used in the parks and then taken home with them.

Dallas Coach transfers
One way transfer from school to Dallas Airport & One way transfer from Dallas airport to school.
Orlando Coach transfers
One way transfer from airport to hotel, 2 Round trip transfers to Disney Parks, 5 hour charter for workshop, & One way transfer from hotel to airport.
Universal transportation
Complimentary transportation to Universal Theme Parks and CityWalk via Shuttle or Walking Path.
What's not included
Airfare
Airfare costs are NOT currently included in the Land Travel Package Price and will be reserved and priced when all travelers have registered and deposited.

The Airfare Deposit is determined by the airline and will range from $75 per seat up to 25% of the airfare.
Travel Protection
We highly recommend travelers to purchase travel protection. This protection is in addition to the cost of the travel package and must be purchased by a minimum of 10 travelers for the group rate.

Flight time TBD to Orlando. Transfer coaches to arrive at school to bring the group to Dallas airport.
Arrive at Orlando Airport, meet GTC Rep and load transfer coaches for the hotel.
Check into the hotel and relax.

Universal Orlando
Breakfast at hotel (using breakfast voucher)
Group to use Universal Transportation to departs for Universal Orlando
Meals using $40 Universal Food & Beverage card.
Group can park hop between Universal Orlando and Islands of Adventure
The group will return to the hotel at the park close using Universal Transportation.

Soundtrack Sessions: Vocal Workshop Day
Breakfast at hotel (using breakfast voucher)
Group loads transfer coaches and depart for Workshop facilitated by Disney Imagination Campus. Non-participants will be dropped off at Magic Kingdom. After the workshop choir participants will be taken to Magic Kingdom to enjoy the remainder of the day.
Meals using a Disney Dining card ($40).
The group will return to the hotel at the park close using transfer coaches.

Universal Orlando - EPIC UNIVERSE
Breakfast at hotel (using breakfast voucher)
Group to use Universal Transportation to depart for Epic Universe
Meals using $40 Universal Food & Beverage card.
The group will return to the hotel at the park's close using Universal Transportation.
Sun., February 1, 2026
Check-Out Day
After breakfast (using breakfast voucher), the group will check luggage at hotel. The group will take transfer coaches to Disney Hollywood Studios to enjoy their final day in Orlando.
Meals using a Disney Dining card ($40).
Pending flight schedule, the group will return to the hotel to retrieve luggage, load transfer coaches, and depart for the airport.
